DESCRIPTION:
+/- 100 m from sea & sand you will find Unit 2, in the small Springvale complex with only 4 units.
This unit is well equipped and neat and clean. It has a spacious, covered veranda for outdoor living. Inside you will find a open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. Kitchen: Fridge/ freezers, hob, eye level oven, microwave, kettle and toaster, dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery. Braai facilities: Webber. Pool fenced and gated. Wi-Fi & DSTV is supplied. Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer. Gas bottle with cooker top and re-chargeable lights supplied.
This unit sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, serviced by 3 bedrooms. All linen, beach & bath towels are provided. All bedrooms have large build in cupboards, hangers and ceiling fans.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 is down stairs and has a double bed, the down stairs bathroom has a basin, toilet and shower. Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 are upstairs with 1x Double and 4x Single beds. There are 2 upstairs bathrooms, 1st with shower, toilet and basin, 2nd with bath, toilet and basin. All upstairs bedrooms open onto a balcony overlooking the pool.
The unit is situated across the road from the beach. It is an easy walk to the main beach. The complex is wall and gated and the unit has security gates on all windows and doors. Each unit has garage and 1 open parking. Service providers look after the pool and garden, the unit is not serviced, book a maid with the local cleaning agencies.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R400. Departure clean: R1134. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R3000.00: 4 – 7 Nights min: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R3000 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R4000 per night, season’s rules apply,
13 to 31 Jan – R1700 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
