DESCRIPTION:
This large spacious family home is ideal for a large extended family or 2 smaller families. Although the double story house is located across the road from the beach, it is only around 100m to sea and sand through a beach access path and it is located very close to the main beach entrance. DEFINITELY no driving required.
Lazing around a very private pool or enjoying your morning coffee whilst looking out over the ocean is a daily experience with enough space for all to enjoy their own little spot of heaven.
The house offers braai facilities outdoors either upstairs, downstairs or around the pool. There is uncapped Wi-Fi and a smart TV should you wish to stream your choice of online facilities. (Use your own login details). The house is serviced Monday to Saturday, but not on Sundays & public holidays. The house has a gas bottle and cooker top, re-chargeable lights and solar support for lights and plugs during short load shedding sprints. The pool is private but not netted. There is plenty open parking with in the fully fenced and gated property. Security: there are beams, an alarm and armed response to secure the home at night. Laundry facilities: Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Inside the house you will find the following:
Downstairs: 5 bedrooms of which 3 are on-suite and 2 share a full bathroom.
Upstairs: a large spacious living space opening onto a front veranda overlooking the ocean. Here you will find a lounge, dining room and kitchen.
Kitchen: 1 fridge/freezer and 1 bar fridge, electric oven and hob, microwave and all cutlery and crockery.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: 2 bedrooms have AC and 3 have ceiling fans. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards, hangers and all linen, towels & beach towels are provided. Bedroom 1: Queen, on-suite with bath, shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 2: Queen, on-suite with toilet, basin, bath and shower over bath. Bedroom 3: Queen, on-suite with bath, basin, shower and toilet. Bedroom 4: Queen. Bedroom 5: 2 single beds. Bedroom 4 & 5 share a full bathroom with basin, toilet.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. Pets are allowed after prior arrangement and approval from the owners.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: R400; Departure clean: R1500.00; Daily staff levy: R300 per day, Mon to Sat, Sundays & Public Holidays are optional at double rates. Breakage deposits: 10% of the value of the accommodation, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages or repairs required.
RATES: (Jan 25 – Jan 26) – ONLY rented in Dec & Jan – R8500 per night, seasons rules apply,
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities do not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
