DESCRIPTION:
An original beach cottage, with 180 degrees, panoramic sea views, and is located one road back from the beach. There is a sparkling blue pool shielded from the wind.
The house is fully serviced, provides an active DSTV card and decoder and has braai facilities (Weber). The house is double story with a large deck over looking the Ocean.
There is an access path close by the house, which exits right at the main beach entrance, or you may drive and park at the main beach.
The property is well secured, offers a double garage and is very private off the road.
All linen is provided, please bring towels and beach towels. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
The house Contains: An open plan living area with lounge, dining room and kitchen which all open onto the front deck which also has an covered area.
Kitchen: microwave, stove, fridge/freezer, all cutlery and crockery.
Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms.
All linen provided, please bring your own towels and beach towels. Rooms have built-in cupboards, ceiling fans and hangers.
Bedrooms: 1st bedroom with Queen. 2nd bedroom with Queen. 3rd bedroom with double bed. 4th bedroom with 2 single beds.
Bathrooms: 1st bathroom with bath, basin, shower and toilet en-suite. 2nd bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. 3rd bathroom with toilet, bath, basin.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R400. Live in maid levy R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Mid-season: R2700.00: Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In Season: R3000.00: 3 – 7 Nights min: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
Peak Season:
1 Dec to 12 Dec – R3500 per night, Min 7 nights
13 Dec to 15 Jan – R5000 per night, season’s rules apply
16 to 31 Jan – R2500 per night, Min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
