DESCRIPTION:
REMEMBER, those long summer beach holidays when you were a child, well this is the perfect home for one of those.
Mere meters from the sea sand, slight sea views from the top deck, private with lots of space and a large lawn for the kids to kick a ball. Enjoy hours on the beach in front of the house or take a minute to drive to the main beach, where the early bird can find parking in the car park.
The beach in front of the house is so close that you can enjoy your steaming cup of coffee on the sea sand and be back in time to wake the kids.
Paddy’s Place is old school with space for the whole family whilst offering a memorable holiday.
Although this is an older house, it is kept in condition and has DSTV, Wi-Fi.
It is well secured with beams, an alarm system and armed response.
There is a spacious living area which opens onto an undercover deck for out door breakfasts, a large kitchen and scullery.
The Kitchen is well equipped with Hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine and all cutlery and crockery is supplied.
The house is not serviced, you can rent a maid from the local cleaning agency.
There is one small garage and undercover parking for a second car, with parking space within the property for more cars.
There is a Weber and outdoor built-in braai.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
The house sleeps a max 11 Adults and 4 children under 10.(Total 15). All bed linen, bath and beach towels are supplied. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, built-in cupboards and hangers are provided. There are 4 bedrooms and a loft in the house serviced by 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor flat for teenagers with an en-suite shower, toilet and basin.
The bedrooms & bathrooms are laid out as follows: Inside the house are 4 bedrooms and a loft with the following: 1st Bedroom: 1 Queen bed en-suite with a full bathroom, 2nd Bedroom: 2 Single beds, 3rd Bedroom: 2 Single beds, 4th Bedroom: 1 Single bed, Loft with 2 bunk beds, (sleeps 4 kids under 10) and a separate family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. Outside flat with 1 Double bed & 2 single stacker beds and bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: R400. Departure cleaning fee: R1650. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Out of season: R2000 per night for 10 guests, R200 per head per night thereafter, max 15 guests, Min 2 nights. (Dates not listed as Mid/In/Peak season)
Mid-season: R2500 per night for 10 guests, R200 per head per night thereafter, max 15 guests, Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In season: R3000 per night for 10 guests, R250 per head per night thereafter, max 15 guests, Min 4 – 7 Nights: 20 Mar to 21 April 25
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R3000 per night for 10 guests, R250 per head per night thereafter, max 15 guests, min 5 nights.
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R6 000 per night, 15 guests as above, season’s rules apply,
13 to 31 Jan – R2000 per night for 10 guests, R200 per head per night thereafter, max 15 guests, Min 2 nights.l
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
