DESCRIPTION:
This beautiful upmarket home is for the discerning holiday maker. Someone looking for a home away from home with all the luxuries.
The house edges the lagoon and has direct access to the main beach. There are beautiful sea and lagoon views, a private slipway onto the lagoon should you wish to bring your boat, and canoes and paddle boards available for use. A beautiful blue pool (not netted) welcomes you back from the Ocean or the water sports of your choice and a lovely green lawn allows for kids to run and play.
The house offers a shielded outdoor dining area equipped with a large gas braai, Weber and pizza oven. It also provides Wi-Fi, DSTV with Netflix, a pool table, table tennis table and is serviced daily. It is well secured by an alarm system, beams and armed response, an electric fence and electric gate. There is a double garage with ample outside parking with in the property walls. The house offers an inventor, solar and a generator so you should have NO load shedding problems.
All 3 floors have large verandas with comfortable furniture encouraging indoor-out-door living, there is a spot for everyone. The house sleeps 16 in 5 Bedrooms and a dormitory which is serviced by 5 beautiful bathrooms. All sleeping areas have AC and some bedrooms have ceiling fans too. All linen, towels and beach towels are supplied. Bedrooms have built-in cupboards and multi-plugs and hangers are provided.
The house has 3 levels which are set out as follows:
Top floor: 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1. King size extra length bed, on-suite with a full bathroom. Bedroom 2. Double bed. Bedroom 3. 2x 3/4 beds. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a full bathroom with a separate toilet. Bedroom 4. 1x King size bed on-suite with a full bathroom. All 4 bedrooms have ducted AC and ceiling fans. Bedrooms all open onto a large veranda with fantastic views.
Middle floor: Large under veranda with ample living space, an outdoor shielded dining area, pool room, spacious and comfortable lounge with TV, large dining room, kitchen, scullery and laundry.
Kitchen: Gas hob, electric oven, 1x Half/half fridge/freezer, 1x Large side by side fridge freezer with all cutlery and cutlery supplied. There is also a serving hatch with seating for social cooking.
Scullery: has a dishwasher and microwave.
Laundry: 2x Washing machines, 1x tumble dryer, Chest freezer and Ice maker.
Lower floor: The lower floor consist of an independent flat which is ideal for a family with younger or teenage kids. It consists of a spacious lounge/living area with TV, outdoor veranda and furniture, a comfortable dining area and kitchenette with electric hob and oven and half/half fridge/freezer. The main bedroom has AC and a queen bed with a walk-in closet and a full on-suite bathroom with separate toilet. The dormitory part of the flat has 3 sets of large bunk beds, a seating area, a table tennis table, bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Small children must be watched at all times.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Daily staff levy: R300 up to 10 guests, there after an additional staff member at R300 per day, Mon – Sat. Sundays & Public holidays are optional at double rate. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R5000, refundable if there are no breakages.

Out of Season: R10 000 for up to 10 guests, there after R500 per head per night. Min 2 nights. All dates not stipulated as In/Peak season below.
Mid-season Rates: R12 000 per night for 10 guests, R500 per head per night thereafter, max 16 guests, Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In season: R16 000 for up to 10 guests, there after R550 per head per night, Min 4 – 7 Nights: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
PEAK SEASON:
1 to 11 Dec – R16000 per night, min 7 nights,
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R22 000 per night, seasons rules apply,
13 to 31 Jan – R12 000 per night for 10 guests, R500 per head per night thereafter, max 16 guests, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
