DESCRIPTION:
THE beautiful and spacious MILKWOOD BEACH HOUSE is a family holiday home where you will want to spend your break-a-way.
It is ideal for a leisurely holiday with the whole family.
Stroll out the front garden, down the private beach entrance, pass the 100 year old milkwoods onto the beach. Enjoy rock pools and shallow surf or take the short walk to the lagoon and netted main beach.
The house has a beautiful blue pool. Spacious living area with lounge, TV-lounge, dining room, kitchen, scullery & laundry.
The living area opens onto a large covered veranda which is well furnished for alfresco eating and has braai facilities.
This house is serviced, has WI-FI and DSTV and ceiling fans.
The garden is lush, with beautiful mature trees and a massive lawn for the kids or “furries” to run and play. Pets are allowed.
Entry to the house is flat, so it is ideal for those who battle to walk, and the walk to the beach is easy.
The house is well secured with alarm, beams and armed response, it is also fully fenced and gated.
There is under cover parking as well as plenty open parking for cars and the flat driveway allows for boat parking.
Kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and oven, large stand alone fridge and freezer space, a fancy coffee machine, all cutlery and crockery, a well-equipped kitchen.
5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms, all bedrooms are on-suite: 4 extra length queen beds and 2 single beds. All linen, bath and beach towels are included. All bedrooms have cupboard space, hangers and multiplugs and ceiling fans. The main bedroom has an AC.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. Pets allowed by prior arrangement ONLY and subject to owners approval.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R400. Daily staff levy R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Mid-season: R5000.00: Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In Season: R6500.00: 3 – 7 Nights min: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R6500 per night, Min 5 nights
12 Dec 23 to 15 Jan – R12 000 per night, season’s rules apply
16 to 31 Jan – R4500 per night, min 2 nights
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27thor 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27thor 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
