NO 1 Bondi is located +/- 100m from sea and sand with easy beach access. The main beach is within easy flat walking distance and there is parking at the main beach.
NO 1 Bondi is located in a secure, walled complex with electric gate. The complex has 4 independent and spacious town houses which share a beautiful, fenced and gate pool.
The Unit is ideal for 2 families of 4 and sleeps 8 in total. It offers all the comforts of home. Wi-Fi, (stream DSTV, Netflix etc off your own account) braai facilities, slight views, complex pool, spacious decks for sunbathing or cocktails. There is secure parking within the complex and 2 garages for use.
Inside the double story unit you will find.
Upstairs: 2 furnished decks, lounge, dining room, kitchen, scullery and pantry. 2 Bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Bedroom 1: Queen extra length, Bedroom 2: 2x 3/4 beds, extra length.
Kitchen and scullery with gas hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Down stairs: Furnished veranda overlooking the pool, a comfortable second lounge, 2 bedrooms each with each own bathroom. Bedroom 1: Queen extra length, Bedroom 2: 2x 3/4 beds, extra length.
All bedrooms have large built-in cupboards with hangers.
All linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
All bedrooms have AC and there are ceiling fans downstairs only.
All bathrooms with shower, toilet and basin.
Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Load shedding back up: gas hob and re-chargeable lights.
Located close to a public park which can be noisy.
Not serviced, rent a maid, staff room available, bring own linen etc.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Departure cleaning fee once off: R1134. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R3000.00: 4 – 7 Nights min: 20 Mar to 21 April 25
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R3500 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R4500 per night, season’s rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan – R1700 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27thor 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27thor 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
