DESCRIPTION:
REMEMBER the days when a beach holiday was family time, mornings on the beach, afternoon naps, time in the pool, or worshipping the son, alfresco-dinners with “braai-vleis” and hide-and-seek?
A time to relax and family bonding.
This property with direct beach access, a large pool, (with net) and 2 small cottages will remind you of those days. Nothing fancy just a beach holiday.
The large beach front property is fully walled and gated from neighbors and the road. It has no sea views but there is a beach path over the beach admiralty onto the sea sand with lovely rock pools for the kido’s during low tide. It offers 2 small cottages to inhabit.
Parking is open but inside the gates and the family dog or 2 can come along for this close to camping adventure. Braai facilities are supplied. There is a small safe for valuables.
DSTV (with Netflix) & Wi-Fi is supplied in the back cottage only for rainy or windy day activities or for the teenagers!
Cottage 1: Kitchen with dishwasher, eating area and small lounge with TV. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 queens and 1 double bed. Bedroom 1 is on-suite with shower, basin and toilet. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a bathroom with bath, toilet, basin and shower. The unit has a washing machine & tumble dryer.
Cottage 2: Kitchen, living area, large deck and 2 bedrooms 1st bedroom with King and 2nd bedroom with 2 singles. These bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, shower basin and toilet.
Each cottage is equipped with cutlery and crockery, all linen and bath & beach towels. The units are not serviced but you can rent a maid from our local cleaning agency.
REGRET: NO functions of any kind. No groups of adults. All bookings subject to owners approval.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: R400. Departure cleaning fee: R1200. Breakage deposit: 10% of accommodation, minimum R2500, refundable if no breakages are found.

Out of season: R2000.00: Min 2 nights. (Dates not listed as Mid/In/Peak season)
Mid-season: R2500.00: Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In Season: R3000.00: Min 4 – 7 Nights, 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R3300 per night, min 5 nights
12 Dec to 15 Jan – R4000 per night, seasons rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan – R2000 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
