DESCRIPTION:
The Royal Familia Beach House, is set within a Security Estate located in Zinkwazi Beach. It is modern, spacious and offers the ideal holiday for families, from big too small.
The house is set up for indoor-outdoor living and there is enough room so that guests can have private space from one another when required.
The lounge and 2 of the bedrooms have DSTV, & smart TV’s and the other 5 bedrooms have a smart TV each with open view.
The bottom floor opens on to large verandas, the rim-flow pool, with net, is private to this house. The pool is sparkling blue and has loungers and umbrellas for you to enjoy the sun or read a good book with a glass of wine. To entertain the kids on the lawn there is a trampoline, soccer net and swing-ball set.
There is a large gas braai and outdoor charcoal built-in braai, ample parking space, Wi-Fi, DSTV, pool table and bar area. The house provides a large safe for valuables and is serviced.
Laundry facilities: Speed queen washer & dryer.
The pool and garden is serviced by an on-site gardener.
Small children, if you choose to bring littlies they must be watched at all times.
Situated in the Nkwazi Ridge Estate, guest have access to the tennis court and Estate pool. The Estate also lends itself to long walks or for kids to ride their bikes, (Must be supervised).
The Royal Familia Beach house has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms are on-suite. The top floor has 5 bedrooms of which 3 enjoy balconies. The bedrooms provide all linen and beach & bath towels, built-in cupboards, ceiling fans or AC and hangers.
Inside the house you will find the following: The home is double story.
Bottom floor:
Large spacious living area consisting of a formal lounge, pool room, dining room, well equipped kitchen, scullery, guest loo and 2 bedrooms sharing a private out door balcony. Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, Bedroom 2: Double bed with a full bathroom on-suite. There is also a full bathroom on this level for bedroom 1 to use and a guest loo.
Kitchen: side-by-side fridge freezer, 2 microwave ovens, large Smeg gas hob and oven, all cutlery & crockery, dishwasher and prep-bowl with separate scullery.
Top floor:
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1. Queen size bed with on-suite full bathroom & AC. Bedroom 2. 2 single beds with standing fan. Bedroom 3. 2 single beds. Bedroom. 4. 2 single beds. Bedrooms: 2, 3 & 4 share a full family bathroom. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a private balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom 5. A Massive Master bedroom with King size bed full on-suite bathroom, AC and a large private veranda with sea view.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: R400. Outside staff live on site and has a flat rate charge every day R300 not negotiable. Daily inside staff levy @ R300 per night up to 10, thereafter an additional staff member at R300 per night. (Inside staff: Sundays & Public holidays are charged at double rates and are optional). Breakage deposits: 10% of the value of the accommodation, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages or repairs required.

Out of season: R3000 per night for 10 guests, R500 per head per night thereafter, max 14 guests, Min 2 nights. (Dates not listed as Mid/In/Peak season)
Mid-season: R3500 per night for 10 guests, R500 per head per night thereafter, max 14 guests, Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In season: R4000 per night for 10 guests, R500 per head per night thereafter, max 14 guests, Min 3 – 7 Nights: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
Peak Season:
1 – 11 Dec: R8000 per night, 14 guests, min 5 nights.
12 Dec to 15 Jan: R12000 per night, season’s rules apply
16 Jan to 31 Jan: R3000 per night for 10, additional guests, up to 14, R500 per head per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
