DESCRIPTION:
This beautiful, modern family holiday home is perfect for families large and small to enjoy a GREAT holiday at when visiting Zinkwazi.
It is spacious, fresh, upmarket and well equipped. Guest who have stayed here love to come back.
The home has beautiful panoramic sea views.
It is excellently located close to a beach access path and within easy walking distance of the main beach.
The house is serviced, the pool is netted, and uncapped Wi-Fi and DSTV is provided. The house has an invertor for lights and plugs.
There is a large covered veranda with furniture overlooking the pool and a fully functional built-in braai.
The property is secured by electric fencing, an electric gate and security beams.
There is enough secure parking behind the house with easy access to the kitchen when the car needs off-loading.
Pets are allowed by arrangement prior to booking only.
Inside this double story home you will find the following:
Bottom level: a very spacious living area with open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen, guest loo, and scullery. The living areas opens onto a large covered veranda overlooking the pool.
Kitchen: is well equipped with all cutlery and crockery provided. The kitchen also has a microwave, gas hob and oven and enough fridge and freezer space.
Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house sleeps 14 guest comfortably: Max 7 adults and 7 kids under 13.
On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms and a dormitory serviced by 5 bathrooms: All linen, towels & beach towels are provided. All bedrooms have fans, built-in cupboards and hangers are provided. Two bedrooms & the dormitory have AC. The bedrooms and dormitory are on-suite and there is a guest bathroom. The Bedrooms open onto a wide balcony with sea views.
1st bedroom: Double bed & 1 single. 2nd bedroom: 2x 3/4 beds. 3rd bedroom: 2x 3/4 beds. 4th is the dormitory, ideal for kids/teenagers with 5 single beds & 1 bunk bed.
Bathrooms: 1st bathroom: bath, basin, shower and toilet on-suite to main bedroom. 2nd bathroom: shower, toilet and basin. 3rd bathroom: shower, toilet, basin. 4th bathroom: shower, toilet, basin, on-suite to dormitory. 5th bathroom with toilet, basin and shower.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Daily staff levy: R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Out of season: R3500 for 10, there after R350 per person per night, Max 14: Min 2 nights. (Dates not listed as Mid/In/Peak season)
Mid-season: R4500 for 10, there after R400 per person per night, Max 14: Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In Season: R6000 for 10, there after R450 per person per night, Max 14: Min 3 – 7 Nights: 20 Mar to 21 April 25
PEAK SEASON:
1 to 12 Dec – R6000 for 10, there after R450 per person per night, Max 14: Min 5 Nights
13 Dec to 15 Jan – R9500 per night for 14 guests, season’s rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan – R3500 for 10, there after R350 per person per night, Max 14: Min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned
