DESCRIPTION:
HIDDEN HEIGHTS BEACH HOUSE is a 5-level home with lots and lots of space for 12 people to have a wonderful holiday.
WHEN you holiday in this home all 5 your senses are teased by the INDIAN OCEAN. Yes, your sight, smell, sound, taste and even the touch of the sea air on your skin sings one wonderful song, YOU HAVE ARRIVED AT YOUR BEACH HOLIDAY DESTINATION .
This magnificent BEACH FRONT home is located amongst lush vegetation and is newly renovated. There is a pathway which leads from the house through wonderful admiralty vegetation to the sea sand. A wide and beautiful beach away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach with rock pools is what you will find below.
This home has a beautifully decorated living space with large doors which extends the living space onto a deck with pool (not netted) and the MOST FANTASTIC VIEWS.
The wide deck is comfortably furnished The living area is very spacious and houses a well equipped bar, a wonderful coffee station, lounge, dining room and TV lounge with DSTV, a large built-in undercover braai for gas or charcoal braai-ing and a guest loo.
The house has an invertor & uncapped Wifi is provided.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, gas hob & electric oven (free standing), microwave, fridge/freezer and all cutlery and crockery. There are also 2 bar fridges and a chest freezer.
The house is well secured with beams, fencing, alarm and armed response.
Behind an electric gate is ample parking for 4 cars and one lock up garage.
There is a wonderful house keeper who lives onsite and will look after the house so that you can make the most of your holiday.
Laundry: washing machine and tumble dryer is available.
One level up from the living area, is a smaller lounge with comfy leather couches, where you can have a quiet visit with a friend or a glass of wine whilst you lose yourself in the wonderful views through large bay windows.
Each level of the house has sea-views, with large sliding doors and windows for the sea air to enter and the breeze to cool you down.
The house has 5 bedrooms of which 4 are on-suite and the 5th has a private bathroom. All bedrooms have modern built-in cupboards with hangers, all rooms have ceiling fans/fans and all linen, towels and beach towels are provided. Each bedroom has a small balcony for morning coffee or private time with your favorite book. The main bedroom has AC.
The main bedroom has a double bed with walk in cupboard and a full bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a double bed and are on-suite with shower, basin and toilet. The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds and 5th bedroom has 4 single beds, both bedrooms have bathrooms with shower, toilet and basin.
VERY IMPORTANT: This house has many stairs and large windows opening over dizzying heights it IS NOT SUITABLE for children under 10.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Daily staff levy: R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the total accommodation amount, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In Season: R6500 for 12; Min 3 – 7 Nights: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R10 000 per night, min 5 night;
12 Dec 24 to 12 Jan 25 – R15 000 per night, season’s rules apply,
13 to 31 Jan 25 – R1800 for 4; R2400 for 6; R3200 for 8; R4000 for 10; R4800 for 12; Min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
