DESCRIPTION:
This double story house, offers self-contained ground-floor accommodation. A short walk to our pristine beach & beautiful lagoon. This is the place to make those special family memories!!
There is an open plan kitchen, dining room & lounge flowing out onto patio with pool (netted) in a private garden setting. Wi-Fi, DSTV & a braai is provided.
Kitchen: microwave, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dish washer, all cutlery and crockery.
Secured property: gated, fenced & alarmed, with armed response and automated gate.
The unit is serviced Mondays to Saturdays, for which a levy is charged, no Sundays or public holidays.
3 Bedrooms (all on-suite), sleep 6 comfortably (can sleep 2 more at an additional charge), all bedrooms have ceiling fans and built-in cupboards. All linen, beach and bath towels are supplied.
Bed & bathrooms: 1st bedroom, Queen, on-suite, full bathroom. 2nd bedroom, double, on-suite, shower, basin and toilet. 3rd bedroom, 2x ¾ beds. (A bunk bed is available for 2 additional kids under 10 at an additional charge) shower, basin and toilet.
Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer.
The owners, young in spirit, love sharing the home with visitors and lives upstairs and may or may not be around when you are here.
Sentiments are: “Our home was built for visitors, we have a lot of them so please feel at home”. Nothing is too fussy.
Enjoy the pool, whilst you watch the kids all the time, EVEN when the rugby is on!!
Guest access: The pool area and entire downstairs floor will be at your disposal during your stay, we just ask that you make allowance for Tara – our Dog and Gin the Cat as they think they own the property and can go anywhere.
While you are with us the only overlap of space will be the laundry which is down stairs but we should not get in your way as there is an outside entrance that we will use to get in to do wash & ironing.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R400. Maid levy R300 per day, Mon to Saturday. The rate is double on Sundays & Public holidays, these days are optional. Once off departure clean: R400. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Out of season: R2000.00: Min 2 nights (All dates not listed as Mid/In or Peak season)
Mid-season: R2250.00: Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In Season: R3500.00: 4 – 7 Nights min: 20 Mar to 21 April 25
PEAK SEASON:
1 to 11 Dec – R3500 per night, min 5 nights
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R5000 per night, season’s rules apply
13 Jan to 31 Jan – R2000 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
