Wake up to glorious views of the Indian Ocean from this spacious, upmarket home. Regardless if you spend hours in the rim-flow pool (not netted), relax on the massive undercover veranda or prefer the beach, be sure you will have a great holiday.
Ideal for indoor/outdoor living, with space for everyone to find a corner and a bar to spend the evenings having a good old South-African “kuier”, the house is ideal for a family holiday. 24Nkwazi drive is well equipped, secure and serviced.
The property offers the following: parking for 2 – 4 cars, a large lawn for children, braai facilities, a full time maid, DSTV, Wi-Fi, 5 Bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a spacious open plan living room, dining room and kitchen, a separate TV lounge, a separate well equipped bar and spacious veranda.
The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, all cutlery and crockery, and there is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer available. The bar with its own lounge is situated separate from the house as to not disturb those resting.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and built-in cupboards. There are 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms, the house sleeps 10 Adults & 2 small children. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Main bedroom with Queen & full on-suite, 2nd Bedroom with 2 Singles, on-suite bathroom with shower, 3rd Bedroom with 2 Singles, on-suite bathroom with bath, 4th Bedroom with 1x single & 1x ¾ beds, on-suite with shower, 5th bedroom with Double bed, on-suite with shower. The 5th bedroom is to the side of the house for privacy.
There are 3 Dogs which live on site, they are visitor friendly, the maid and gardener take care of them as well as the pool and garden. There is a high drop from the deck and rim-flow pool so small children must be watched at all times.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R380. Daily staff levy: (2 staff) R570. Departure clean: R1400. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R5000.00: Min 7 Nights: 20 Mar to 14 April 24
Peak Season:
R8000 per night: 10 nights over Christmas or 10 nights over New Year.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in and around Zinkwazi. You do need your own transport and gear for all activities mentioned.
