This house is perfectly located for those early mornings when you want to launch your boat for a day of fishing or be on the beach for sun rise.
It is a lovely large, spacious home with high ceilings, and partial sea views.
The house is excellently located directly opposite the road from the main beach entrance.
Sea sand is a short stroll away.
It is well equipped and the owners take pride in the maintenance of their home.
The house is secured with an inside alarm and outer beams linked to the local armed response, gated and walled, with security gates and guards on windows and doors.
There is one lock up garage with secure parking for 3 more cars.
The house is not serviced, you can book a maid directly with the local cleaning services.
All linen is provided, please bring your own towels and beach towels.
The main bedroom has an AC and all others have ceiling fans. DSTV with an active card and decoder is supplied, no need to bring anything.
The house does not have a pool.
A Webber is supplied for the evening braai.
The inside of the house contains the following:
An open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen and scullery, this is a very spacious living area and at the front of the house is a large veranda with furniture and umbrellas for shade.
The kitchen has a microwave, hob and oven, side by side fridge/freezer, bar fridge, dishwasher, and all cutlery and crockery is provided.
Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer
The house sleeps 10 and the bed and bath rooms configuration are as follows:
4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
1st bedroom: Main bedroom with Queen Size bed, en-suite and aircon.
2nd bedroom with double bed.
3rd bedroom with 2 single beds.
4th bedroom: Double and single suited for a child and pull out suitable for child.
(Single and pull out single for guest 9 & 10 when required)
1st bathroom: bath, basin, shower and toilet en-suite to main bedroom.
2nd bathroom: shower, toilet and basin en-suite to second bedroom.
3rd bathroom: shower, basin.
Separate toilet and shower
PLEASE NOTE: There is a flat at the bottom of this property with in the boundary wall which is rented to a long lease client. They operate completely separate from main house and does not interfere at all.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:
Out of season: 3 nights, never less.
Mid-season: 5 nights, dependent/negotiable with the owner.
In-season: 5 to 7 nights, dependent/negotiable with the owner.
A minimum of 14 nights during the peak time if you include Christmas and New Year.
10 nights leaving on the 27/12 OR
10 nights starting/arriving on the 28th or 29/12.
Lesser stays before and after this period (minimum of 7 nights) will be accepted once the owner has their primary booking confirmed AND @ the owners discretion.
Please note some owners only allow the 10 day split as above, on these properties, should you wish to include Christmas and New Year, minimum nights per booking becomes 20 nights.
Admin fee once off.
Departure cleaning fee if no live in caretaker.
Live in maid levy, when there is a live in caretaker, or if the unit includes servicing with no charge for the live-in caretaker.
Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R1000, refundable if there are no breakages.

Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
