Upmarket beach house with sea views, located across the road from the beach and a hop and a skip from the main beach entrance. NO driving required. Stroll to the beach and enjoy an easy walk home after sun, surf and sea.
This house is ideal for indoor/outdoor living with plenty space through out, suited for 2 to 3 families, or one large extended family.
Sleeps 13 in 4 en-suite bedrooms.
Secure property with fencing, gates and alarm. Armed response and two lock up garages.
All linen, bath and beach towels provided.
Serviced with levy charges.
Main bedroom downstairs has air-conditioning.
Ceiling fans in all other bedrooms.
Braai facilities: Webber and gas.
Pool: private to house, NOT netted.
DSTV: active card and decoder supplied.
The house contains:
A large shielded and covered entertainment area, with full outdoor lounge furniture and dining areas, a table for outdoor meals, or cocktails around the pool. This area is adjacent to the pool with deck and braai facilities; webber and gas.
Tucked away in the garden you will find a boma area, separate from the house and ideal for camp fire night caps or a fishing story or two about the one that got away.
On the top floor you will find: The living area and 2 large en-suite bedrooms. The living area inside the house is spacious and open plan. It contains a well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, all cutlery and crockery and tucked away laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. A separate bar and TV lounge opening onto a spacious veranda with furniture. The 2 top floor bedrooms have their own private entrances off the veranda and open onto the veranda with large sliding doors.
Top floor bedrooms:
Main bedroom: Queen size bed with full en-suite bathroom, containing bath, shower, toilet and basin.
Second bedroom: 3 Singe beds with full en-suite bathroom, containing bath, shower, toilet and basin.
Bottom floor:
Garden level enclosed veranda with private entrances to 2 bedrooms:
1st bedroom: Queen size bed with 1 bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
2nd bedroom: King size bed with 1 bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

AVAILABILITY:


MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:

Out of season: 2 nights, never less.

Mid-season: 5 nights, dependent/negotiable with the owner.

In-season: 5 to 7 nights, dependent/negotiable with the owner.

Peak season:

A minimum of 14 nights during the peak time if you include Christmas and New Year.

Alternatively:

10 nights leaving on the 27/12 OR

10 nights starting/arriving on the 28th or 29/12.

Lesser stays before and after this period (minimum of 7 nights) will be accepted once the owner has their primary booking confirmed AND @ the owners discretion.

Please note some owners only allow the 10 day split as above, on these properties, should you wish to include Christmas and New Year, minimum nights per booking becomes 20 nights.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Admin fee once off.

Departure cleaning fee if no live in caretaker.

Live in maid levy, when there is a live in caretaker, or if the unit includes servicing with no charge for the live-in caretaker.

Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R1000, refundable if there are no breakages.
